The Town of Beverly Beach, Florida is named "the little town with the good heart".
It was incorporated in 1955 and Since that time the Town has not grown in physical size, remaining less than one square mile, but its population has increased to more than 450 residents, with nearly 350 of those year-round and the rest seasonal.
About two-thirds of the residents live in Surfside Estates, a resident-owned mobile home community for those aged 55 and over. The remaining citizens live in single-family homes on both sides of State Road A1A, which bisects the town, or in four developing communities built on the west side of the highway.
These communities are Shelter Cove, Osprey Point, Oceanside Condominiums, and our newest - Sunset Inlet.
